Tips: Burn Fat

Tip # 1:

Exercise regularly, (I know a lot of people say this)
Exercising makes our body fit and also give a huge contribution on our health.

Tip # 2:

Never take steroids.
Steroids are bad for your health, it may be effective to loose fat but a big threat to our irreplaceable health.

Tip # 3:

Take in vitamins and supplements on a regular or minimal basis.
Never loose track on your schedule in taking these vitamins or supplements.
Overdose may occur if schedule won't be followed properly.

Tip # 4:

Before loosing weight, make sure to take a visit to your doctor about loosing fat.
